Yes, only with a really bad modification. The way reincarnation is supposed to work is that a soul gets a fresh start: no solid recollection of their past life, and a "totally new" identity, which more often than not includes a shift in biological sex or gender. You're not supposed to come back as you were the last time. There are consequences to that.
