He's smiling against your mouth and deepening that kiss with the tempered intensity of someone so incredibly happy to be where you are.

His eyes are closed and he trembles as he lets himself get lost in that kiss. The evening was productive, but there were other things that he's decided can be shelved for another day.

Tonight -- and tomorrow -- it's all for you. The rest can wait for now. ]

[All of that registers rather distantly, because he's ignoring this, he's liking how he can crack his eyes open to study your face and spot that smile that makes him a little weak in the knees, and sue him, maybe he needs a bit of re-centering? Then he's giving you a Look, making an amused noise after the two of you break apart, and opening that fridge. No, he doesn't look away from you, even as he's fetching beers for you both.]

[ There's a quiet smile on his face as he watches you right back.

He's also going to take one of those beers. ]

[Casual as ever, as he's opening his beer and moving to lean his back against the counter.]

[ He's turns his gaze down to the bottle in his hand, letting a small smile play on his lips. He's decided that thinking about the Key that is now in Tala's possession is something that will eventually have to come up -- but not today. Not tonight.
