No, actually... Not really. People's patterns change at an upheaval. For example... The idea of two men or two women marrying was an unwanted, foreign concept until fifty years ago.

The 2010's had an upsurgence of support in that direction, even as Nyx threatened to destroy the world. Afterwards, people's views changed, and so did the way they treat people like me and like Brother Wolf.

To condense that to a nuclear family, a married couple's habits will change upon the arrival of children, the death of a loved one, and the like.

Life is always a work in progress. People make mistakes, and sometimes they learn from it. Other times, they do not. Take me, for example.
